1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Vaultlie ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform. Vaultlie is operated by Vaultlie and is available to users worldwide.

2. Description of Service

Vaultlie is a trading card portfolio tracking and price analysis platform. We provide tools to track the value of your card collection, analyse market prices, and monitor your portfolio performance over time. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any price data shown on the Platform.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use most features of Vaultlie. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Platform. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Vaultlie offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods. All prices are shown in USD. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.

5. Price Data and Accuracy

Price data on Vaultlie is sourced from third party APIs including the PokemonTCG API, Scryfall, YGOProDeck, and eBay. We make no guarantee that prices shown are accurate, current, or suitable for any particular purpose. Price data should not be used as the sole basis for any financial decision. Vaultlie is not a financial adviser and nothing on the Platform constitutes financial advice.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform or its infrastructure. You agree not to use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or abuse the Platform. You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful purpose. Violation of these rules may result in immediate account termination.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Vaultlie platform including the design, logo, code, and text is owned by Vaultlie unless otherwise stated. Card images and names are the property of their respective owners including Nintendo, Wizards of the Coast, Konami, Topps, Panini, Upper Deck, and others. Vaultlie claims no ownership over third party intellectual property displayed on the Platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vaultlie shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to Vaultlie in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or a notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Denmark. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Denmark.
