Vaultlie was born from a simple frustration: tracking the real value of a trading card collection required spreadsheets, multiple browser tabs, and constant manual price checking. We decided to fix that.

The story
Mid 2025
The idea takes shape
As a lifelong football card collector, I kept running into the same problem: no single platform could tell me what my collection was actually worth in real time. Spreadsheets and guesswork were all that existed.
Late 2025
Research and building
I spoke to hundreds of collectors across Reddit, Discord, and trading forums. The same frustrations kept coming up everywhere. I started building.
Early 2026
Platform development
Three trading card game APIs integrated alongside eBay live pricing. Sports cards added covering Basketball, Football, Baseball, Hockey and Soccer. The portfolio tracker and market analysis engine built from scratch.
Mid 2026
Vaultlie launches
The platform opens to collectors worldwide. Built for people who take their cards seriously. The tool I always wished had existed.
