How does buyer protection work? +
Vaultlie buyer protection covers all orders sent via tracked or insured shipping. If your card does not arrive or arrives significantly different from the listing, you are fully refunded.
How do I cancel my subscription? +
Cancel any time from Account → Settings → Cancel subscription. Your plan stays active until the end of the billing period. You can cancel at any time with no questions asked.
Where do Vaultlie prices come from? +
We pull prices from the official PokemonTCG API, Scryfall for Magic: The Gathering, YGOProDeck for Yu-Gi-Oh, and real eBay sold listings for all card types including sports cards. Prices update daily automatically.
Can I use Vaultlie outside Denmark? +
Yes. Vaultlie is a global platform. All prices are shown in USD. We support collectors from any country worldwide.
How do I grade my card on Vaultlie? +
When adding a card to your portfolio or adding it to your portfolio, you can select the grade from Raw (ungraded) through PSA 5 up to PSA 10. The price shown will reflect real eBay sold prices for that specific grade.
How often are prices updated? +
Prices are updated every night automatically via our eBay price sync. The current price shown when you select a card is fetched live from eBay at the moment you view it.
Is my payment information secure? +
Yes. All payments are processed by Stripe, the industry standard for online payments. Vaultlie never stores your card details. Stripe is fully PCI compliant and used by millions of businesses worldwide.
